Since all employees have a different concept of ethical behavior it is important to note that the study of business ethics is a subjective debate which is shaped by the employees’ cultural behavior, religious background, and social upbringing. Nearly all employees, managers, and professionals will ultimately face a moral or ethical dilemma in their organization which should compel them to take into consideration the important issue of fairness but in most instances, they compare the outcome of the decision to their own personal advancement and how it will affect their financial stature, but the wrong decision could have far-ranging repercussions for the employee and organization.
